My favorite (to watch him build) was the Thanksgiving sandwich, with turkey, mashed potatoes, corn, and stuffing all piled onto a tiny dinner roll.

Eating my first burrito (only a couple of years ago) was a huge theraputic breakthrough. The world was suddenly mine to conquer.
