		<description><![CDATA[Well, Dave, you&#039;re not my mom. Cheese is pretty tough on most people&#039;s guttyworks. It&#039;s a pretty complex food, with some tough protein to get at and a bunch of unkindly fat.

And since I know my dad doesn&#039;t eat cheese, the fact that my mom mentioned she ate cheese means she bought the cheese for herself. So I&#039;m giving her a very public finger-wagging. If she instead had a nutritional yeast-based cheese-like food it would be easier on her system and satisy that need for a cheesy-tasting snack. Plus it would boost her B vitamins, boosting her energy.]]></description>
