Last night was sushi night, but we were lazy so it was brown-rice sushi night. We heated up some microwave bags of brown rice (not that we have a microwave) and mixed it up just like white-rice sushi (see step-by-step recipe here). That means no soaking and simmering, shaving close to an hour off your sushi-making time. So what’d we have?
